"Enter the Hypnotic World of MK-ULTRA" (UPDATES)

Something extremely strange and incredibly complex is happening. But I don't think most people- even those in the conspiracy or parapolitical realm are aware of it. Probably because it seems to be working from a new set of blueprints. Or maybe it's speaking a new language, I don't know. I'm still trying to wrap my head around it.

OK, here's the deal: I was supposed to be on The Other Side of Midnight on Saturday. At the last minute, the systems went down.

This is the fourth time that has happened.

I was on the air with Richard the night of the Vegas shootings. That was when his show was based out of Las Vegas. We were talking about the Nine. Then I was booked for the following Saturday with Robert Morningstar to talk about Las Vegas.

We were all ready to go when somehow, someway, the feed was blocked. Then all of a sudden he wasn't on the air in Las Vegas anymore.

The show was to be entitled "The Deep Symbolism Behind the Las Vegas Shootings and Their Connection to Ancient Egypt."

We're seeing an entirely new set of symbolic dominants emerge at a time when most people don't seem to be terribly concerned with symbolic dominants. But let's look at some of them anyway.

Reader Clay turned me on this story:
New York is painting the town "Amazon Orange" in support of its bid to be the host of Amazon's future second headquarters, according to a tweet from Politco reporter Gloria Pazmino‏, who cited the mayor's office.
Bids for the company's $5 billion headquarters are due to Amazon on October 19.
Landmarks including the Empire State Building, some bridges, and One World Trade Center will all turn orange at 9 p.m. on October 18. Billboards and the LinkNYC wireless internet screens in some neighborhoods will also turn orange.

Oh, "Amazon Orange," you say? Huh.

Then how do we explain the orange shining over Masonic Manhattan the day after Las Vegas?

Not only orange, but an orange halo. As in angels.

Or Vegas. Creating an "Oranged Apple."

And this was supposed to be a tribute using both the Empire State and One World Trade.

The new Twin Towers, I guess you might say.

So I guess no one will have to ask if it's Heaven or Las Vegas.

UPDATE: Reader RL reminds us all of this. I guess they were celebrating Halloween early.

And this happened the same week an orange sky blanketed most of northwest Europe. And an apple-colored sun to boot.

And the same week twin astronaut Scott Kelly "landed" in West Orange.

Two (2) years prior Kelly broke the record for NASA after spending 522 days in space.

And of course I told my Orange-Twin sync when I heard "Orange Appled" by The Cocteau Twins on WFMU.

A few hours ago the significance of this hit me- Orange Appled- OA.

The OA stands for "the Original Angel."

Or Vega. Take your pick.

Yet another symbol that seems to be rising to prominence this past year. It seems to have some connection to portals or Stargates.

Or maybe it means the End is the Beginning.

I got to thinking about The OA and "Orange Appled" and got to looking at the lyrics. That's always a dodgy proposition since most of the Cocteau Twins lyrics online are nonsensical fan interpretations. But oftentimes they're pretty close.

And since the series is about people medically killed and then revived by a mad scientist, and a blind woman who regains her sight after visiting an alternate reality in the stars, see if this doesn't ring a bell somewhere:

Wait and see who'll wake up then

Always stars see,
What, once you're free,

He hopes will be the very last time

Those last two lines certainly rang a bell with me:
In OA's story, Hap is dying from food allergy but he convinces Prairie to save him, as without the passcode to the cages the others will starve to death. In the process of getting him an EpiPen, she discovers the dead body of another girl he had kidnapped earlier, "August".
She later pushes him down the staircase of the basement, and escapes the house. She makes it to a cliff, but Hap hits her in the head knocking her unconscious.

We come to see that mad scientist is in love with Prairie, but her spirit guide in the stars tells her she must work with the other abductees to "avert a great evil."

He loves you more than this

The stars let you know what’s right and bright

Nothing definitive, of course, but interesting. And of course Las Vegas, Paddock and Campos are all roughly synonymous with prairie.

HAP's full name is Hunter (as in Orion) Aloysius (as in the Cocteau Twins song) Percy (like Robert Plant).

He first meets Prairie in Manhattan. He's played by Jason Isaacs who now stars on Star Trek: Discovery.

But a very strange thing happened when I was researching this Oranged Apple story. The WNBC page had the wrong lede- it was referring to the Ariana Grande concert attack in Manchester, England.

According to witnesses, there was a "massive explosion" and a "massive flash" and 22 were reportedly killed in the attack.

That happened on May 22. Or 5/22, as it's written here. Why is that ringing a bell?

I remember:  522 is the amount of days the Orange Twin Astronaut Scott spent in Heaven space.

Huh. How about that?

Speaking of orange, the Ariana Grande incident happened a day after this little photo-op in Saudi Arabia.

So we had that, Ariana Grande, the Twin Peaks premiere and the death of Chris Cornell at the MGM Grand all within a week's time in May.

Still trying to crack this Orange code,  I found this little story. Ariana is having the Bestest Week Ever! Early October, 2013.

Plus, 17.

Maybe Ariana Grande was having such a good week because Massive Attack was having a residency at the Park Avenue Armory on 66th Street. Along with noted documentarian Adam Curtis (of Hypernormalization fame).

Performing a multimedia show they premiered in --wait for it-- Manchester.

At the May-Field Depot.

I watched the promo video for the show and ...yeah.

Huh.

Boy, is it MKULTRA as all fuck.

In fact, it reminded me of nothing less than the brainwashing video in The Parallax View, about mind-controlled assassins (what does that have to do with October, right?)

Which only makes sense since Adam Curtis is the co-creator of MKULTRA, the new ballet by the Rosie Kay Company.

Well, new 2017- it premiered in April.

It explores the "myth" (sic) of a "shadowy cult attempting world domination through mass brainwashing."

Don't worry, Adam Curtis- lifetime BBC producer- is on "our side," right?

So I guess we don't need to worry too much that Massive Attack vs Adam Curtis features MKULTRA- Parallax View-styled film footage and enigmatic sayings screened behind the performers, like this....

...and this...

...and this.

But who exactly is that performer in this MKULTRA nostalgia show?

Like you need to ask.

Fraser here is singing in Russian. Which kind of reminds me of how when Hap met Prairie in the Manhattan subway the first thing he said to her was "Your music, it's Russian, yes?"

But do take note of how repetitive this song is. It's important.

Recalling Fraser's starring role in the Millennium Dome Show, I guess we shouldn't be surprised that the last image of the last song is of the distinctive window designs of the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center. We see it frozen as she finishes her song.

Are you all with me here? Still think all of this is fanboy gush?

Funny thing, though; the show ran the whole week but skipped October 1.

Huh. Must've have been a holiday or something.

UPDATE: Do you remember what I said about people of influence wanting to rub Elizabeth Fraser all over their magic? A reader drops this little detail on us:
In 1991 Yanka recorded four acoustic songs, literally brimming over with pain: Vyshe Nogi Ot Zemli (Feet Higher Off the Ground), Na Doroge Pyatak (A Penny on the Road), Pro Chertikov (About Imps), Pridet Voda (Water Will Come). The song Water Will Come recorded in the end of 1990 turned to be her last song. Many consider it as Yanka’s farewell or foretelling.
Yanka had depressive veins before. According to her schoolmates, they occurred when yet at school.
In the evening of May 9, 1991 Yanka left her summer cottage in the vicinity of Novosibirsk and never came back.
A fisherman found her body in the river, early in the morning on May 17.
The investigation never established whether it was an accident or a suicide.
Does anyone think Elizabeth Fraser needed to be reminded of people dying in rivers in May?

Adam Curtis writes about Yanka here in 2012.

And hot shit; there's that OA again. And Beyonce and Bieber.

Speaking of Beyonce, she put on her face-punchingly blatant Isis ritual at the 59th Annual Grammy Awards- yes, the Grammys started the year as NASA- during an Occulting of Regulus.

That could only be seen Down Under. Where the Heavens are Upside Down.

A lot of people who saw it were like, what was up with that chair?

It's actually supposed to be a throne.

At the time, Beyonce was pregnant with twins, Rumi and Sir.

"Sir" clearly has no connection to Regulus.

Bonus factoid: Rumi is named after a guy born September 30.

By a sheer stroke of blind coincidence, Beyonce performed "Love Drought" during the Isis ritual, the video for which is bursting with Siren symbolism and which basically turns into a Cocteau Twins song halfway through

See this, this, and especially this for comparison.

The general take on "Love Drought" is that it's "ethereal...."

...which is...yeah.

But I know, I know- what possible connection does Beyonce have to the Cocteau Twins, right?

Crazy talk.

The twins made their debut in an Instagram photo that has Beyonce standing under garlands of flowers.

The Twin's debut was on July 14.

That's the #CarterTwins making their debut on July 14. Under garlands.

That's garlands, not Garlands. That would be weird.

Coincidences, eh?
-------------------------------

So a funny thing about this MKULTRA ballet business.

And by funny, I mean "orange."

Like the promotional art for American Ultra.

And, you know...

Speaking of Orange, Jacksonville, Florida is in the running for Amazon Orange.

And speaking of MKULTRA, "Jacksonville" is also the name of a Fringe episode that totally didn't trigger Amy Bishop to start gunning down biology professors in Hunstville eight days later.

The finger pointing to 1983- or the mad Harvard professor named Bishop and the rest of it - is pure coincidence.

So are those butterflies on the wall of the storefront where Olivia was MKULTRA'd Sorry-- cortexiphanned.

Contrary to what some might believe, butterfly and moth symbolism were circulating in the conspiracy underground even before TRANCEformation of America.

Moth symbolism played a pivotal role in Silence of the Lambs. Hannibal Lecter said "The significance of the moth is change. Caterpillar into chrysalis, or pupa, from thence into beauty."

As blind luck would have it, Monarch Airlines declared bankruptcy the same day someone started shooting a fuel tanks at Janet Airlines.

Which brings us to this again:
"...MKULTRA monster Ewen Cameron was born and raised twenty minutes up the road from Fraser and consulted with doctors in the area working on similar programs at hellholes like Lennox Castle Hospital, programs that reportedly survived well into the 80s and possibly beyond."
What exactly did Fraser's Stirlingshire neighbor Cameron do to his subjects?
Psychic driving was a psychiatric procedure of the 1950s and 1960s in which patients were subjected to a continuously repeated audio message on a looped tape to alter their behaviour.
In psychic driving, patients were often exposed to hundreds of thousands of repetitions of a single statement over the course of their treatment.
Continuously-repeated audio message, you say?

Like this?

How interesting that MKULTRA creator Adam Curtis would flash this legend behind Elizabeth Fraser during her performance...

...given the thematic connection to "When Mama Was Moth," off the 1983 album Head Over Heels.

But what does 1983 have to do with MKULTRA anyway?

However, do note Fraser gave moth and butterfly titles to an entire album's worth of material, including two of her most elemental works of ancient entity channeling, "Pale Clouded White" and the blood-curdling "Great Spangled Fritillary."

Oh, before I forget- "Plain Tiger' is named for a Monarch butterfly. It and "Spangled" are masterpieces of dissociative-identity rock.

This was ten years before anyone ever heard the term "Project Monarch."

Let's read a bit more about "psychic driving":

They were also concurrently administered muscular paralytic drugs such as curare to subdue them for the purposes of exposure to the looped message(s).
The psychic driving procedure was a chronological precursor to Cameron's depatterning, the latter involving massive doses of electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) combined with similarly large doses of psychedelic drugs (such as LSD).
So what is Fraser saying in "When Mama was Moth?"

 Chills, all start screaming
Ribbed and veined
The sunburst and the snowblind
A chill of fear running down my back
When mama was moth, I took bulb form
Body electric
Writhe in vain

I know what all this sounds like to me. What does it sound like to you?

I thought so.

What was the first part of psychic driving again?

Oh, right: patients were subjected to a continuously repeated audio message on a looped tape to alter their behaviour.

Then "massive doses of electroconvulsive therapy."

And what are the rest of the lyrics to "When Mama Was Moth?"

My blue  electric
My blue  electric
My blue  electric
My blue  electric
My blue  electric
My blue  electric
My blue  electric
My blue  electric
My blue  electric
My blue  electric
My blue  electric

Listen: you might think I'm crazy but I'm going to go out on a limb and state that maybe- just maybe- Fraser's psychiatric hospitalizations were about something more than just sexual abuse at home.

What do you think? You think maybe those people "with no faces" erased their faces from her memory?

Never mind that Cameron wanted to "erase existing memories" and "rebuild the psyche" or that his patients were "unaware that they were experimental subjects," that all ended in the 70s. I mean if you can't believe the CIA, who can you believe?

Of course all of this sounds very much like a high-tech version of shamanic initiation- the real kind you read about in academic texts, not the New Age nonsense kind- in which the ego is supposed to be destroyed and the initiate is supposed to travel to the land of the dead in order to be reborn. That process was not an easy one.

And we know for a fact that a lot of these MKULTRA doctors were very much interested in creating psychics and shamans. Or witches, for that matter.

Certainly Puharich was were the people behind GONDOLA WISH, GRILL FLAME, CENTER LANE, SUN STREAK, SCANATE, and STARGATE. Then you had people like Julian Silverman, who went from the MKULTRA-cutout NIMH to Esalen and wrote several papers on altered states and shamanism.

In researching Adam Curtis I happened to notice that he created this series, with theme music by post-punk icons Gang of 4.

That got me to thinking about Project Pandora:
The Pandora project is one of the CIA Mind control programs. In 1962, the CIA discovered that the US embassy in Moscow was "bombarded" with EMR (electro magnetic radiation). The signal was composed of several frequencies.
The Pandora Project was intended to investigate and gather data on this Russian experiment. The embassy personnel was not informed of the existence of the beam, or of the Pandora project.
There must be something in the air because last week this story hit the wires:
WASHINGTON (AP) — It sounds sort of like a mass of crickets. A high-pitched whine, but from what? It seems to undulate, even writhe. Listen closely: There are multiple, distinct tones that sound to some like they’re colliding in a nails-on-the-chalkboard effect.
The Associated Press has obtained a recording of what some U.S. Embassy workers heard in Havana in a series of unnerving incidents later deemed to be deliberate attacks. The recording, released Thursday by the AP, is the first disseminated publicly of the many taken in Cuba of mysterious sounds that led investigators initially to suspect a sonic weapon.
But yeah, this Pandora thing.

Been working on that.

"Millimillenary" is one of Fraser's most fascinating and impassioned vocal performances. But as with other songs from the period her wailing often veers close to actual screaming. Since I got started on all this in May I knew I had to figure this one out.

And I'm almost sorry I did.

Like The Parallax View film it all starts innocently enough. It seems to be a lovely little song about a girl working at a hat shop, which "you" seem to have passed down to her:

Millinery, Millinery
Just passed from you to her
Pandora minds the shop

But wait a minute: is this the Pandora, who is responsible for all the world’s evils? For everything bad that happens? If so, anyone who knows the story knows you really don’t want Pandora minding the shop.

Millinery, Millinery
Just passed from you to her
Pandora minds the shop

So there’s a short instrumental passage and then Fraser basically screams:

Just passed from you to her
The candle that burns the shop

Jesus. So it’s not Pandora that’s at fault, it’s you. She burned down the shop but you passed the candle to her.  You’re the source of the evil, so you burned down the shop. The nice millinery shop with all the pretty hats. You burned it down.

"You," meaning Elizabeth.

This is not from the 80s- it's from 2013

Then the chorus goes:

Hidden within she’s in
The candle that burns the shop
Just passed from you to her

So again- Pandora might be the flame that burns down the shop but she just took it from you.

"You," meaning Elizabeth.

This is like the nursery rhyme from Hell. Note that she's alternates between "Candora" and "Pandora" and mixes "candle" and "candora" in the double tracking. This is Lizzing, which I've discussed in the past.

Incidentally this "hidden within she's in the candle that burns the shop" line was written not long before Fraser told Melody Maker that she felt she was channeling some kind of entity. Which, if you've read any of that band's notoriously passive-aggressive interviews, is entirely out of character for her.

And then there's the next line and all I can think of is the "Me" cuts in The Parallax View film.

Millinery, Millinery
She’s wearing shades of grime
Pandora runs the shop

So she’s embarrassed by having to wear filthy clothes at work. She's not only going to burn the shop she's going to be humiliated first.

What the fuck was this woman processing?

And again- we're hearing a lot of repetition in this song. But like Parallax we're hearing slight variations within the repetitions so you're constantly put off-balance.

Millinery, Millinery
She’s wearing shades of grime
Pandora minds the shop

There's a weird interval motif in this song too, where Fraser will ride out the riff and then divebomb with her howl near the end of a bar. But she switches up the intervals so you don't expect it the second time when she wails:

She’s wearing shades of grime
Candle that burns the shop

So in a 3:40 song we're basically hearing the same five lines howled over and over with minimal variation. So again we're catching a faint whiff of that Cameron-style repetition here. Here's how it reads in its entirety:

Millinery, Millinery
Just passed from you to her
Pandora minds the shop

Millinery, Millinery
Just passed from you to her
Pandora minds the shop

Just passed from you to her
The candle that burns the shop

Hidden within she’s in
The candle that burns the shop
Just passed from you to her

Hidden within she’s in
The candle that burns the shop
Just passed from you to her

Millinery, Millinery
She’s wearing shades of grime
Pandora minds the shop

Millinery, Millinery
She’s wearing shades of grime
Pandora runs the shop

She’s wearing shades of grime
Candle that burns the shop

Hidden within she’s in
The candle that burns the shop
Just passed from you to her

Hidden within she’s in
The candle that burns the shop
Just passed from you to her

Millinery, Millinery
Just passed from you to her
Pandora runs the shop

Millinery, Millinery
Just passed from you to her
Pandora minds the shop

Hidden within she’s in
The candle that burns the shop
Just passed from you to her

Hidden within she’s in
The candle that burns the shop
Just passed from you to her

Do you know what this song makes me think of? I'll tell you...
The study was run by Dr. Henry Murray, who had each of his 22 subjects write an essay detailing their dreams and aspirations. The students were then taken to a room where electrodes were attached to them to monitor their vitals as they were subjected to extremely personal, stressful, and brutal critiques about the essays they had written.

Following the psychological attacks, the participants were forced to watch the videos of themselves being verbally and psychologically assaulted multiple times.

(Unabomber Ted) Kaczynski is claimed to have had the worst physiological reaction to being interrogated.
Shortly after this song was recorded Fraser went from writing dark, disturbing lyrics to writing ecstatic gibberish, like the song she wrote shortly after "Millimillinary" called "Pandora." When performing "Millimillinary" she sings it an octave lower and garbles the syllables to mush.

In other words, she dissociates. And makes an art of it.

But then something else happens...

...even allowing for the effects of hair, makeup and lighting....

...she...

...starts...

...looking...

-

...like...

...different...

...people.

Almost like you're looking at a bunch of lookalikes who don't quite hit the mark. Close enough but just off.

You notice.

She looks like two different people in the same video.

I seem to recall something in Altered States- the novel- about this. I'll have to look into it.

And that was based on an MKULTRA scientist too, wasn't it?

UPDATE: Then the ongoing public meltdown in between hospitalizations.

Note the giant All-Seeing Eye.

So why do I think that there are powerful people who are interested in this woman to this day? Even if she now just comes across as an ordinary, middle-aged Scottish woman?

Because I honestly believe she graduated at the head of the class.

UPDATE: So this orange thing is a thing. Read this.

UPDATE: Some of the legends in the New York video are translations of the song Fraser is singing. The weirder ones (music of the dead, etc) are not.

Then there's this, from MK ULTRA co-creator Adam Curtis:
“Punks don’t like to hear it but they and Mrs. Thatcher were both on the coattails of something bigger, which was the rise of individualism where we could be whatever we wanted to be,” he explains. “The Sex Pistols’ song ‘I Wanna Be Me’ came at the same time as a speech by Mrs. Thatcher that had pretty much the same message.
“But punk was the seed of its own disaster just as Mrs. Thatcher was the seed of her own disaster. She was the last politician in Britain to tell a story but it was a story that, like punk, said that you should be free to do whatever you want and that left us trapped in our own rather limited sensations and desires.
What we are missing today is that when human beings get together they become more than the sum of their parts.”
In a nutshell, you shouldn't be free to do what you want because we're better off together. Because you gotta do what you gotta do.

Plus, mind control is a myth. OK, thanks Adam.

  1. We are really close to Halloween, when everything is orange and black. And i'm actually looking at the observation of the gravitional waves showing the merge of two neutrin stars (the residue of supernovas stars when imploded called kilostars) and the graphic was done with orange waves and black stars dancing around in spiral movement until they merged. The firt image of this was captured in an observatory here in Chile, so it's been in our news the whole week.

  2. OK so upon looking up Jason Isaacs background info: he also played LUCIUS Malfoy in Harry Potter, the father of Draco Malfoy.

Lucius--Lucis (as in Alice Bailey)--Lucifer...Eric pointed out the similarity between 'Aloysius' and 'Lucius' also. It is strange how the archetypes play out, over and over.

  3. You have been on a roll like few others, Mr. Knowles. Thanks for the work, you've done an amazing job of peeling back the curtain.

    A couple of things:
A triangle or pyramid is half of the Star of David- the descent into matter. That seems significant in light of the triangle and OA symbolism. Is there a sync counterpart using V or VO to represent the redemption of the material world and the restoration of the Kingdom? Or are we the ones who reintegrate and author our own ascent?

Secondly, the orange syncs reminded me of a slate of articles about the overuse of blue and orange color grading in films

and of course a certain orange tinted man who resides in the White House.

Lots to unpack and lots to think about. Thanks again.

    1. Interestingly enough the director of this film, Tommy Lee Wallace went on to direct the original TV adaptation of IT. When this film was being produced the rights to Dune became available from Alejandro Jodorowsky and Ridley Scott and this film's producer (Dino De Laurentiis) hired David Lynch to direct his version. They would then create Blue Velvet afterwards.

It could simply be gibberish, which it’s not, and the sheer volume would be beyond the ability of one person to assemble.

  13. Orange weather mod in the civic ritual mix kinda freaks me out! IMO, Elizabeth Fraser is presenting the MKUltra story more than actually processing trauma as a result of it. People, who are horribly traumatized rarely succeed to global success. What matters is the non-stop story line presented before every new generation. This way every new generation gets MK'd on the subliminal level. Thanks for all you do.

What we are really talking about in this symposium is mind in an accustomed social environment, and more particularly a social environment that we consider to be the normal one. It is easy to forget this, and the means by which it is achieved."

Said MK-Ultra related psychologist Donald Hebb

One implication of that is that all parents are turned against their own children as they are literally employed by the PTB to shape their offspring into "normal citizens". And parents have no choice but to comply at the same time, since there's always "child protection services"... and if not that, social pressure of all the normal people, the happy slaves, "society".

I've not seen the movie 'The Parallax View' before, but watching that video clip makes me want to watch it to see what synchs with what's going on in today's world events.
I notice in that clip that Thor is a prominent image and the new Thor movie 'Thor Ragnarok' which starts this month in cinemas around the world was shot mainly on Australia's (Downunder?) Queensland Gold Coast where 'Aquaman' is also being filmed now.
The last 'Pirates' movie was also filmed here.

  15. This is interesting. I was thinking of 1983 just the other night-that was the year of The Day After (and I think one or two other nukes end the world movies) and how TDA was released almost exactly at the time that Operation Able Archer almost ended the Real world for real--at least according to many people. A 'fake' world almost becomes real world?
Also in TDA is the line "this is real world not an exercise" which reminded me very much of reports from Sept.11th.

I think JL Borges wrote several stories where the map becomes the territory and vice versa?
I think the author Don DeLillo has written several novels about simulations versus reality I know I read one called White Noise and one called Underworld where these themes were presented. At the end of Underworld he has some paragraphs relating to maybe the world in the computer is our world and vice versa.

Maybe we live in a time where ala Jean Baudrillard we are involved in the "murder of the Real" Borges with the Map and the Territory changing places and DeLillo among many many others with Simulation somehow becoming reality?

I'm just doing some off the top of my head thinking, Chris-- please delete this comment if it makes no sense!

Forgot to mention that Sept 26th 1983 was another night where the Real was almost destroyred but due to the actions of a stanislav Petrov in the USSR thought that his computers were just wrong as they showed a large missile launch from the USA nothing ended up happening----strangely (but then its me lol) this incident kind of reminded me of that scene in Donnie Darko where all the people go to bed not knowing they are in extreme danger and yet they all seem to make it--- I guess if that's what the "correct" interpretation is??

I can see I might as well go all the way now about 2 weeks ago I had a dream where I was trying to get Margaret Thatcher's autograph and she was in some sort of old folks care home and she had blue hair and I kept trying to engage with her but I finallygave up realizin g this lady with her blue hair was just crazy and then the dream ended!

It deals with a conspiracy that involves cybernetics, ancient rituals, mass media manipulation, hypnosis and child abuse. The mainstream film critics hated it, mostly due to what they saw as an incredible mix of high technology with occultism. Ha!

Yesterday Manderley (house in Rebecca) came up big time in a novel I’m reading.
Dean Koontz Frankenstein series, Book 3 see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dean_Koontz%27s_Frankenstein )

The dying clone’s last word is “Manderley”. (She is a twin of Joan Fontaine - actress who plays Mrs de Winter).

“What language is it, what does it mean?” asks Frankenstein (aka Victor Helios).

    Answer:

“It’s the name of a great English house, a literary allusion.”

    It’s a big, grand house.

I’m pondering what does The House mean?

That night watched Robert Redford’s The West. (see http://www.history.co.uk/shows/robert-redfords-the-west )

Las Vegas is a key part of this series and I got to thinking maybe we need to contextualise this Event in the history of Las Vegas and the Wild West.

So – Billy the Kid is “birthed” in a war against “The House” - a frontier war – and escapes to Las Vegas.

A bit about “The House” here:
    http://www.history.com/news/history-lists/9-things-you-may-not-know-about-billy-the-kid

You know the saying “The House always wins”. So “The House” also refers to the casino owners.

Taken together “The House” herein can be read as an allusion to a consortium of govt/law enforcement/gangsters/moguls etc. (Pretty much Las Vegas has changed little from original “colonisers” – gunslingers, murderers, outlaws, prostitutes, conmen – soon big business protected by corrupt lawmen etc). It is Sin City. Heaven upside down –as you know.

Let’s assume Mandalay represents “The House”.

Now, historically speaking, the figure of “Stephen Paddock” can be read as a trope/literary allusion to an early gunslinger very much in keeping with this theme and the history of Las Vegas. Billy the Kid famously holed up in a house/s for shoot-outs- so at an historical level and keeping with literary allusions this all resonates.

He is “in The House” for a shoot-out. (This does not negate multiple shooters/a gang).

He’s also a professional gambler – consistent with gunslinger/Wild West theme.

    Also Westworld.

This all fits with the theme of Koontz’ Frankenstein wherein he is replacing the Old Race with a New Race of lab grown humanoids - here known as MK Ultras. (Starting with key public officials, law enforcements.)

A while back I concluded that this whole thing feels like an MGM production. That is not to say I think it’s all fake – I have no idea. But it has a surreal quality that – fuelled by the silence/absence of official/MSM narratives - I am content to analyse symbolically at the level of a dream or even an extremely well-crafted novel.

"Last night I dreamt I went to Manderley again."

In Koontz’ Frankenstein his clones/monsters – unless assassins - are forbidden to murder Old Race until the War but their programmes are dropping and they are going on killing sprees. They also really hate their Maker … but I digress. All I really wanted to add to this mix is some more on the historical angle and that Paddock is in many ways a classic figure of the Old/Wild West.

    Sync-out.

Adam curtis actually makes pretty good documentaries, the most recent one called hypernormalisation is good, it talks about how the people who were living in the soviet union could see through the lies of the government and everything felt fake. Much like it does under the current capitalist regime.

    >HyperNormalisation is a 2016 BBC documentary by British filmmaker Adam Curtis. In the film, Curtis argues that since the 1970s, governments, financiers, and technological utopians have given up on the complex "real world" and built a simple "fake world" that is run by corporations and kept stable by politicians.

What adam is criticizing is neo liberalism, the complete atomization of society that thatcher and Reagan brought on. The neoliberals believed greed was good and there was no such thing as society so there was no point in helping it, that you should only care about your narcissistic needs. Hyper individualism.

Here are some interesting orange facts.

    >In Europe and America, surveys show that orange is the colour most associated with amusement, the unconventional, extroverts, warmth, fire, energy, activity, danger, taste and aroma, Protestantism, the autumn and Allhallowtide seasons, as well as having long been the national colour of the Netherlands and the House of Orange. It also serves as the political colour of Christian democracy political ideology and most Christian democratic political parties.[1] In Asia it is an important symbolic colour of Buddhism and Hinduism

    >In Confucianism, the religion and philosophy of ancient China, orange was the colour of transformation. In China and India, the colour took its name not from the orange fruit, but from saffron, the finest and most expensive dye in Asia. According to Confucianism, existence was governed by the interaction of the male active principle, the yang, and the female passive principle, the yin. Yellow was the colour of perfection and nobility; red was the colour of happiness and power. Yellow and red were compared to light and fire, spirituality and sensuality, seemingly opposite but really complementary. Out of the interaction between the two came orange, the colour of transformation.[26]

    >In Buddhism orange (or more precisely saffron) was the colour of illumination, the highest state of perfection

Rumi was some muslim sufi poet, he seem oddly popular in the west. Sort of like the type of stuff you would see plastered onto some face book caption of a sunset to make the person posting it seem deep.

The task of the magician is to build a network, to connect, to achieve its indirect effects. Bruno puts forward a model that consists of manipulated individuals or masses, and the magician or the Great Manipulator actively uses nets and traps, and other tools of "binding". The most important prerequisite for the existence of such a system is the knowledge of human desires. Bruno notes that the operation of such a plan requires subtletly, as the manipulator’s task is not directly stultification or propaganda, but creates the illusion of satisfaction of human needs and desires. Because of this, he needs to know and anticipate the needs, desires, and expectations of society. Otherwise, no "binding" can be established between the individual and a manipulator"

“People often accuse me of being a lefty. That's complete rubbish. If you look at The Century of the Self, what I'm arguing is something very close to a neoconservative position because I'm saying that, with the rise of individualism, you tend to get the corrosion of the other idea of social bonds and communal networks, because everyone is on their own. Well, that's what the neoconservatives argue, domestically. [...] If you ask me what my politics are, I'm very much a creature of my time. I don't really have any. I change my mind over different issues, but I am much more fond of a libertarian view. I have a more libertarian tendency [...] What's astonishing in our time is how the Left here has completely failed to come up with any alternatives, and I think you may well see a lefty libertarianism emerging because people will be much more sympathetic to it, or just a libertarianism, and out of that will come ideas. And I don't mean "localism".”

    Reminds of:

"... if you repeat a thought, or say a word, over and over again-not once, not twice, but dozens, hundreds, thousands of times-do you have any idea of the creative power of that? A thought or a word expressed and expressed and expressed becomes just that-expressed. That is, pushed out. It becomes outwardly realized. It becomes your physical reality." (ND Walsh)

Neale Donald Walsh in CwG, book 1, ch. 11:

God: "Train the mind to think a new way"

Question: "Train the mind? But isn't that like mindcontrol? Isn't that just mental manipulation?"

God: "Do you have any idea how your mind came up with the thoughts it now has?"

And then Neale/God insists that you got nothing to worry about when it comes to that. The solution is so simple! Do it yourself! You just have to come up with some "self-produced data" (that he has just told you) and keep repeating it to yourself over and over.

Neale worked in marketing/ public relations, you know, prior to his "Conversations"..... He knows the trick. And he knows you don't! He knows you won't!
    He knows what he's doing.
And on the same page he indeed even explicitly tells you that "this is the most interesting question of the book", this is what it is about, mindcontrol.

  37. Does anyone remember a book called Alternative 3? Written in the 1970s it was about TPTB realising in the 50s that life on earth was unsustainable and the secret project to colonise Mars. According to info from someone in NASA (in the book) they had actually discovered the presence of water on Mars in the early 60s. I was reminded of it in the months immediately before Bowie died because along with the announcements about new Mars missions, 'Life on Mars' suddenly seemed to be played a lot, appearing in the most unlikely places, like a little posh girl ruining it on the Voice UK (and getting through!). And then the media was saying it was people's all time favourite Bowie song....as a long time Bowie nut I always thought Heroes was the iconic one everyone and his missus loved. And it got played and played (on this side of the Atlantic at least) non stop after he died.

Then last year some f*ckwit at Burning Man announced they had smuggled some of Bowie's ashes into the burn, making this spurious claim that Bowie was a big supporter of the BM ethos. So insistent was he that Duncan Jones, who was furious about it, came out and categorically denied that it could have even been possible for anyone to steal any of the ashes and that his dad had never had anything to do with BM. Then this year they have a real human sacrifice. Aren't these people part of the Silicon Valley pro Mars crowd?

I guess what I'm trying to say is that my instincts were alerted to something, even before his death, without being the kind of person who goes looking for the kind of syncs you've been talking about in the music biz. I have so many other pieces falling gradually into place about Bowie particularly that I think you are definitely on to something...the emotions we invest as a society into the entertainment industry do seem to be being harvested to power someone or something's private agenda and it's becoming more and more flagrant. As for Elizabeth Fraser, she is one hell of a conundrum.

  47. Chris - Just a hunch, but maybe check out Anthrax's Sound of White Noise album. The strange, unique feeling I get when I read your recent posts is very similar to what I felt almost 25 years ago listening to that album. I can't describe it, but maybe something will jump out to you. Oh, there is a song on that album called Black Lodge.

  48. A few other things regarding my prior Anthrax comment. The only other album that gives me that same feeling is Alice in Chains's Facelift, for what it's worth. It turns out that the producer for Sound of White Noise had worked with AIC. Also, I just saw that this year's eclipse occurred on Layne Staley's 40th birthday, give or take a day.

You might have had me direct you to this music video - currently getting huge love from the TwinPeaks community online
kinda... a Fraserian spell going here -

but the most important one to check out, after I just had my synchromystical mind blow heartily open by this fan-made follow-up to the David Lynch/TwinPeaks/TalkingHeads connexion (oh, you didn't know?)

  52. Some years ago I did a mermaid spell at my local river here in Sweden, a week or so later a young man drowned not 100 yards from the Place. I was born May 22. I live at the crossroad of at least three strong mermaid legends (Kates or Kajsa) or "sj├Âr├ą", to the North, East and South (within ten miles), and not far from here one of the very first ghost rockets sightings were made in May 1946, the Place, in Swedish translates to The middle Meadow. Kid you not.

  56. Some syncs & pieces a' drifting within the collective conscious:

'An 'atmospheric river' is about to dump a ton of rain and snow on the West Coast'

'They're invisible to the naked eye... and can be as destructive as a hurricane for some areas... In 1862, an atmospheric river likely caused 43 days of straight rain, turning Sacremento into a place more akin to Venice'

    +

'The most remote place on earth is home to the graveyard of space'

'The place lies at 48 degrees 52.6 minutes south latitude and is known as 'Point Nemo' or the 'Oceanic Pole of Inaccessibility'... This place even has a nickname—the Spacecraft Cemetery! It’s in the Pacific Ocean and is pretty much the farthest place from any human civilisation you can find... Due to it's remoteness, the nearest set of humans are actually the astronauts on the International Space Station, which is around 360km from Point Nemo when it flies overhead.'

    +

'Nasa finds Mars has a 'twisted magnetic tail''

'Mars has an invisible magnetic 'tail' that is twisted by interaction with the solar wind, according to new research using data from NASA's MAVEN spacecraft.'

    +

'Alan Turing’s school report reveals little of his genius'

'The exhibition contrasts the wartime codebreakers with their contemporaries who were working on deciphering Linear B inscriptions in Mycenaean Greek, the oldest writing system in Europe.'

'Matt Damon Says He and Ben Affleck Knew About Harvey Weinstein Allegedly Sexually Harassing Gwyneth Paltrow'

The article is illustrated with a photo of Damon & Paltrow together at the 2011 Venice film festival promoting 'Contagion', Damon prepping for his role in 'Elysium' & Paltrow in an orange dress.

(Alexander Sokurov won the Golden Lion that year for his version of 'Faust' & 'The big surprise on the night was that Roman Polanski’s popular comedy of manners “Carnage” went away empty-handed... The adaptation of a play set in real time in a single apartment featured Kate Winslet, Jodie Foster, Christoph Waltz and John C. Reilly as two New York couples who meet when their children get into a fight... Winslet’s projectile vomit scene was one of the highlights of the Venice festival this year, where 23 movies contested awards... There were no upsets in the best actor category, however, which went to Irishman Michael Fassbender for his acclaimed portrayal of a sex-obsessed young professional in “Shame”... “It’s a story that is very relevant to the way we live today,” the 34-year old said. “I feel humbled and privileged.”')

  57. The orange sky before Storm Ophelia brought a hawfinch invasion, says STUART WINTER

DAYS before Tropical Storm Ophelia was drowning the countryside with an eerie, orange lustre, the skies flashed with clues of oddities to come.

Days before Tropical Storm Ophelia was drowning the countryside with an eerie, orange lustre, the skies flashed with clues of oddities to come.

The heavens would soon be swirling with Saharan sands and the ashy fallout from Portugal's wildfires.

Looking upwards last Sunday, flickering wings were catching the eye.

Small squadrons of birds the shape of badly-crafted paper planes trickled over inland hilltops ever westwards, signalling their flights with the sounds of sharp nails driven into granite blocks.

Hawfinches were on the move, white wing-bars and stubby tails shining bright and formations communicating with high-pitched call notes on the very edge of human hearing.

For those listening below it was an unprecedented experience of shock and awe.

  58. On a general note, I am thinking that what appear to be symbols symbolizing something else, might not always really be symbols. Take a traffic light, red signals 'stop' but it is not really the red that means something, any colorblind person can confirm that. In this case the red light functions as a '(de)activator'. You see the light and you know what to do.
Or take this: there are scores of people who suddenly begin to "see" certain number-combinations. When asked what it means, they don't know! They just put on a mysterious face, and it sure makes them feel special in some way. Then they find others, and they still don't know. The numbers are what keeps them together and when seeing them they think of 'their shared little secret', even if having really no idea what on earth is the significance of their syncs...

  60. Chris, I heard you on THC, and have been check out your great blog here.

About Liz Fraser... check this out

Liz Frazer's husband is in a band called Lupine Howl (howl of the wolf) yet another wolf connection.

Another Fraser connection is the sitcom "Frasier" which features a character named "Niles" and another character named "Daphne Moon", perhaps references to Egypt and Greek mythology respectively.

Finally, Patton Oswalt references This Mortal Coil's "It'll End in Tears" in his famous KFC bowls skit....could just be a coincidence, though.

  62. Here is a quote from third Cocteau Twins-member Simon Raymoned from an Interview with Bill Cummings on 30/09/2010.
It´s about the first time they worked together in a Studio (Raymonde joined in 1983):
"I worked part time in an 8 track studio in Camden at the weekends, and the boss was away one weekend so i invited Elizabeth and Robin to come and use the studio. They turned up and then Robin said "so have you got any basslines?". I was a bit confused. He thought I had invited them to the studio for US to write together, and I thought I was just going to make them tea while they recorded something! Oh well, don't look a gift horse in the mouth I guess and I had a little bassline going around at the time, and so we recorded it quickly, while Elizabeth went out for chips, and when she came back, we'd recorded the whole backing track around this bassline. She thought it was amazing, and sang on it there and then. That was the song Millimillenary which was released soon after on a compilation."

Its the name given to probably the most well known batch of LSD ever, created by chemists who toured with the Dead, the Acid Test crowd, etc.. and distributed by the Brothers of Eternal Love. There have been at least 2 documentaries released in the last year about Orange Sunshine, as well as books and lots of interviews with those involved.
